宿世臣, 华南师范大学研究员、 博士生导师,2009年于中科院长春光机所发光学与应用国家重点实验室取得博士学位。多年来一从事ZnO,Ga2O3等宽禁带半导体材料与器件的相关研究工作。发表SCI 论文80多篇,引用900多次,申请专利20余项,授权10项。目前,已经承担国家自然科学基金青年基金、国家自然科学基金面上项目,国家自然科学基金--广东省联合基金重点项目,广东省科技计划项目,广州市重大专项,粤港合作,广东省国际合作项目等科研项目10余项。

(1) 低维半导体光电探测与发光器件

(2) 宽禁带半导体功率与逻辑器件
