陈洪宇,副研究员,华南师范大学青年拔尖人才

2014年毕业于中国科学院长春光学精密机械与物理研究所,发光学及应用国家重点实验室,获得博士学位。从2009年起,致力于半导体光电材料及其探测、逻辑和存储器件领域的研究工作,参加过973、国家重点研发等国家重大课题的研究工作,目前作为项目负责人主持了国家自然科学基金面上项目等10余项课题的研究工作。在Mater. TodayAdv. Mater.Adv. Funct. Mater.ACS Nano等国内外重要学术期刊上发表论文80余篇。连续多年入选美国斯坦福大学和爱思唯尔(Elsevier)共同发布的全球前2%顶尖科学家年度科学影响力榜单。应邀在International Nanophotonics and Nanoenery Conference (INPEC)、全国发光学学术会议等多个国际国内会上作口头报告和邀请报告。

随着日新月异的科技进步,人们迎来了全新的工业4.0时代。当今的物联网时代是一个全新的智能化和信息化并生的时代,作为信息技术领域三大支柱之一的传感技术无疑是信息社会的重要技术基础,也是现代科技的开路先锋。如果说计算机是人类大脑的扩展,那么传感器就是人类五官的延伸。各种不同功能的传感器可以让我们到原来看不见的物质(如紫外辐射)到听原来听不见的声音(如超声波)。以光电传感器为例,工作在不同电磁波段的光电传感器可以把我们的视觉范围从肉眼的可见光(400-760 nm)波段向短波长拓展到紫外(10-400 nm),向长波长可以延伸到红外(760 nm - 1 mm)甚至是太赫兹(0.1-10 THz)波段。随着自动化技术水平的逐年提升,一些具有特殊功能的信息光电子器件已经在现代化工业生产、宇宙开发、海洋探测、医学诊断、交通运输等诸多领域发挥了越来越大的作用。
